Following on from an article we did recently about Claire Watkinson, a young British filmmaker who has been making a documentary about obsessive-compulsive disorder this year, we're pleased to report that Claire has now won the film-making contest run by The International OCD Foundation. (Take a look at the IOCDF website for the full details.)
Congratulations to Claire on her achievement with this new film. If you happen to be in Boston in October, then the IOCDF are holding the awards ceremony in Boston on Saturday 13 October 2012, for what they describe as "...A night of music, art, good company, and inspirational stories about life with OCD..."
It sounds like a fantastic event. This is a brilliant achievement by Claire and the team behind "Living With Me And My OCD". It's great to hear that a British filmmaker will be representing the UK at this exciting U.S. event. Check out the trailer for Claire Watkinson's OCD documentary if you haven't already seen it.
